Is there an Ozempic settlement yet?
No. As of this page’s last update the litigation is in its pretrial phase: MDL 3094 is working through expert challenges (the September 2026 Rule 702 hearing) and case-specific proof requirements, and MDL 3163 is earlier still. What moves an individual patient up or down the matrix
